how you actually copy the dbf files after shutdown of database....
may be temporay tablespace files are skipped for cold backup (temp.dbf like datafiles).
Which command are You executing?
You have optimization ON (this exclude offline files, readonly tablespaces, etc.)
please, execute "show all", command executing and output of log.
Are you using rman or some other tool or is it just your own shell/batch script?
read only tablespace may be skipped possibly and temp would not get backed up.

There is schedule cold backup was not taken successfully due to some DBF files are skipped and it would not copied to destination location? destination location is same server itself not for another remote server.
Total - 35 DBF files,
skipped - 4 DBF files
what could be issues? what are the points should be troubleshooting?
what could be issues? The script used to run the scheduled backup. Take a hard look at the script. Does it dynamically identify all the datafiles or is the list of datafiles hardcoded such that it isn't "aware" of new datafiles that have been added to the database since the script was written.
