you can't do that while selecting form. But, same can be achieved using customization.1 person found this helpful
1. create App Instance with all the attribute
2. create sandbox
3. goto form designer->select your form and open same
4. click on customize link at right top corner
5. select the attribute and put visible property as false
6. now publish sandbox
7. run catalog sync job
Thanks for the reply.
I am logged into the sysadmin console using xelsysadm but after selecting the form I am not finding the customize link.
I can see the customize link in identity console but the form designer and application Instance options are not present there.
have you created sandbox. first create sandbox then customize link will be activated/available
Yes I have created the sandbox but still the customize button is not coming.
Please let me know how to solve this issue.
It should be there
make sure the sandbox is active and you have selected form.
I was able to hide the attribute but I did the same by using the Identity console by following the steps mentioned in the section "Removing or Hiding Form Attributes" of Administrator Guide of OIM 11g R2"
Please let me know if this is the correct way to hide the attribute as I am not able to find the customize option in Sysadmin console.
This is the right way to do it. If at all you are unable to get customize link in sysadmin console. In this case export this form using weblogicExportMetadata utility and make changes in the xml file finally import same. so that you can achieve this
Thank you very much for the reply.
Could you please let me know what could be the reason for not getting the customization link in sysadmin page.
