    Interactive Reports with CSS

I am running an APEX application embedded in a web app (displaying the APEX pages with an IFRAME). My APEX app consists only of a home page with a list item on it and all other pages are Interactive Reports. I want the APEX app to appear seamless and use the CSS from main web app on all the APEX IR's and Home page. I also don't want to display all the other pieces (title, logout links tab etc.). What is the best way to do this?

you might want to look into APEX Themes and Templates. A Page Template controls the structure and look of an APEX Page.

Warning: there you leave PL/SQL and enter the world of HTML and CSS.
