    Unique id for Customer RMA Repair - Non Serialized Items

      Hi gurus,

      My client is handling with small items, all items are not serialized. Their requirement is as below:

      Customer returns or returns for repair, they receive into stores, repair the item will ship the same product to customer.

      If Org, wearhouse is small we can track easily, If WH is very Big, many Returns, how to track which items are belongs to which customer once repair is done, how to trace and ship the respective product to Customers.

      Please advise to achieve this requirement, if item is NOT Serialized one.
