can someone shortly explain how to avoid the autostart of the agents on the target hosts?
In some notes they talk about removing the /etc/rc.d/rc*.d/*98gcstartup scripts, but i hoped there is an easier way to disable and enable it.
Thanks & regards,
Thanks for the fast answer!
In the actual case we have to change something with the underlying storage so we have to unmount and mount the mountpoint with our binaries(which is also the mountpoint of the agent-home) restart the server etc...
So it would be nice to disable and enable the autostart.
Everything is ok! We do not need a workaround for this special problem. We already solved it. It was just an example.
I think it should be possible to decide on our own if we want to start the agent automatically or not.
So i thought that there should be an easy switch to turn the autostart on and off.
Thanks & regards
