I am sorry I do not see how this is helpful
My scenario is this:
I got a standby database ... In this statement used against the standby database (not the primary) -> delete noprompt archivelog all completed before 'sysdate-10';
what does the COMPLETED stands for ?
Is this the completion time of the archvelog or it has some meaning in the context of the standby meaning that it is applied ?
Note this is an RMAN command ..

I do not think that "completed " refers to the date that archivelog has been (or "could be" ) applied in dataguard .
I think that "completed" refers the date on which the rman archivelog backup has been completed (just as rman command)
