All reports including standard are failing with error , I tried by bouncing the Application and regenerated reports files and regenerated jar files also , there is no error in manager log . Have a look in request log content. What is the type of those reports? Are they all PDF?

please suggest the solution.Yes I changed the password of apps , and since that i am facing this problem . All other programs are working normal except reports.
IX_PRINTING=/prodapps/oracle/PROD/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/resource/pasta.cfgPlease verify that your application context file and all env file (under $APPL_TOP including custom<CONTEXT_NAME>.env) and make sure none of the env variables is still pointing to the source instance.
Even Custom top location also changing . it is showing path of PROD.
I have edited environment file by changing the path to correct path . And i ran autoconfig , but again the paths are remaning same after i run autoconfig. And same error is coming.
this is clonned instance .
As per Hussein question regarding any changes have done?please suggest the solution.Yes I changed the password of apps , and since that i am facing this problem . All other programs are working normal except reports.

there is nothing in my .bashrc
[applmgr@tst2 ~]$ more .bashrc
# Source global definitions
if [ -f /etc/bashrc ]; then
# User specific aliases and functions
i have tested by passing echo all are pointing to correct path.
But when i run concurrent program "Generate concurrent processing environment information" in that IX_PRINTING showing path of PROD. ( it is not showing correct path)
And all other request are failing with error. as i specifed in my first post.
