There is an excellent resource that helps you find exactly the DVT you need for your usecase.
If you continue, you will eventually en up here: http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/ux/applications/DPG/OBIEE/patterns/information_display/flexFacet/auInfoDisplay.html
I find this very helpful resource.
I think you are confused by my answer.
The link in the post was only to find the right graph for the right usecase.
There is no need whatsoever for OBIEE.
ADF has its own set of data Visualization Tools.
I think you are looking for a <af:barGraph/> or <af:horizontalBarGraph/>.
U can use a stacked bar graph. In a stacked bar graph, the values of each data series are added to the previous one, thus the size of the stack represents a cumulative total of all series.
A Percent bar graph is a stacked graph that displays the percentage of a given series relative to the cumulative total of all series.
In your case use both your columns (likely percentage and market ?) for the bars and leaving the Axis empty.
