We have implemented UCM PS3 version. In standard check in form, there is a button named "Quick Help".
On click of it we are not getting any response. Neither are we getting any error in log files.
If we are missing configuration can some one guide us.
Does anything happen if you click on 'Help' link at the top-right of the page (next to 'Logout')? I guess it won't react either.
There is a web application called "Oracle UCM Help" deployed to "AdminServer". Could it be that your AdminServer is not running or even installed? Unfortunately, I can't find any reference to the application, so I'd expect that it is deployed automatically. You can verify if you visit Weblogic Console and check Deployments on the AdminServer (under Environment - Servers ....)
