Check for column and subject area from where it is giving results..I believe some subject area needs still permission in RPD.
Click on Subject area and add your App Role to it..Then check once again by logging out and loggin in.

I did the changes in the Rpd added all the relevant subject areas. Restarted the services just to make sure and i still get the same error.
