Oracle Linux 5.9 was uploaded yesterday to http://linux.oracle.com (ULN) and to http://public-yum.oracle.com. The latest channels are current and the 5.9base channels contain the core.
ISO images will be available shortly from http://edelivery.oracle.com. If there is an urgent need to get the ISOs through My Oracle Support, simply file a service request

Why? Are you in need of points to save some baby from a burning apartment that you would be able to leap in a single bound, wearing forums points as a cape? The correct answer deserves 10 points.
The helpful answer deserves 5 points.
And what about your above answer, what does it deserve?????
Well, the office shapes the man. There probably is nothing wrong in seeing points as a collectable item or virtual value. As such, points are technically similar to money, but it is the power of belief that makes the real difference. Getting paid for services is common sense, expecting points for answers is a frustrating experience.

We should advice each other in kind and logical way as Dude did
Simply, the person should state the rule without using offensive or arrogant way
The rule which I knew today
by all means feel free to say *"Please mark the thread as answered so members can focus on other threads". Just don't ask for points.*Reference
Re: 13. How do I answer a question on the forums?
Finally, let's concentrate in solving problems of our friends and getting points :)
and the most important thing is sharing the knowledge and getting the experience
