This problem happens at times in jsp. what i have done while facing this problem is, i gave the full path of the resource. For Example: http:localhost:8080/cmd/InsertRegtodb.java

I said its just a suggestion which i tried when i faced a prob. I didn't give an extension .java for a jsp page.
That .java extension is for Servlet page if you could read it again.Well it's not right for a Servlet either, so your "suggestion" is still worthless.
