The BI apps documentation shows that the Service Analytics only pull data from Teleservice and iSupport, but in the configuration documentation, there's steps to to configure agreement types and activities and service requests. The out of the box reports and dashboards shows various subject areas including service agreement, service requests, service orders, assets, etc.
Has anyone implemented Service Analytics against EBS? So is Field Service and Depot Repairs data being pulled at all?
I'll double check on the ETLs, but want to see if somebody has done it before.
Service analytics was provided with Siebel as data source (it is why you can see configuration of activities, service request, ...). Now you can use Service analytics with EBS based on the EBS module Teleservice and iSupport.
