I am planning to do an oracle certification. Can anyone suggest me which certificate or course suits me.I have not written any exam earlier but i have attended training sessions on oracle 10g.
By seeing the list of courses I am in a confusion. So please suggest me
Thanks in advance.
Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate ( http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=458&get_params=p_track_id:PLSQL )
Would seem to be a suitable target certification.
I would suggest this is best achieved via study for the 1z0-051 and 1z0-144 exams. In general most people would consider studying for 1z0-051 (SQL) first.
matthew ... who regularly posts here .... has a comprehensive set of certification safe certificaiton resources for these exam here: http://www.oraclecertificationprep.com/apex/f?p=OCPSG:Exams:0::NO::::
There is no mandatory training for this certification, but oracle do recommend certain courses if you need them. As you have a some SQL knowledge you might wish to purchase the book by Watson for 1z0-051 as a low cost introduction. Also browse the website at http://certification.oracle.com
