I'm not aware of standard report for such reconciliation.
You would need to verify that all types of transactions, which were accounted by Projects, have been posted into GL.
That might include cost and burdened transactions, borrow and lent, CIP transactions, and revenue, assuming you are using all of the above.
Usually, companies build their own reports, although there are some third parties' offers as well.
There might also be a question in some companies, if anything posted to GL, that should have been imported into Projects has indeed found its way to Projects. This type of analysis should also be based on a customized report, which tries to reconcile other subledgers with Projects.
Any one can let me know reports need to be run to do the Reconciliation between PA & GL
