You need to set optimizer_features_enable and compatible to 220.127.116.11. Pl run the script in this MOS Doc and review the output
bde_chk_cbo.sql - EBS initialization parameters - Healthcheck [ID 174605.1]

Our oracle database from 9i(22.214.171.124) to 11g R2(126.96.36.199) in oracle application 11i(188.8.131.52) environment.
We initially have Oracle eBusiness suite:
Application 11i (184.108.40.206)
Database 9i (220.127.116.11)
We upraded the database from 18.104.22.168 to 10.2.0.4. I noticed after the upgrade the following initialization parameters currently used by the upgraded database (10.2.0.4)
Are these parameters correct? Does changing the parameter affect the application? I know that if I upgraded the database, the compatible must be upgraded too unless there are application issues.
Any thoughts or feedback on this? Thanks.
- Remove "optimizer_features_enable"
- Set "compatible = 11.2.0"
- Remove "optimizer_mode".
