          I can't understand what you exactly want ? But bellow code give you ip address
          SELECT sys_context ('userenv','ip_address')-- INTO retval
            FROM dual;

            I don't believe you can run a SQL Query to obtain the client MAC address. If you are trying to get the client MAC addres through Oracle Forms, then you can either use the WebUtil library or you can use a Java Bean. Take a look at WEBUTIL_CLIENTINFO package or A Java Bean to get the client machine information. You will need to make some configuration changes in order to use either option. There are numerous threads that address these configutation changes.
