WF_ENGINE.context_user will provide you with the username or email address (if the notification was responded to via email).
Use the user name to find the email address from the WF_USERS table.

I have used "wf_engine.context_user;" in post notification function activity. But the value is not assigning.
Please help me how you did.
are you sure the code in the post-notification function is kicked off? See if you are running it in a mode (parameter funcmode) that is not right. Also, once you get the name of the user you can get its e-mail address by using wf_directory.getRoleInfo.
