no, unfortunately I didn't tried yet.
From what I see there is HTTPS involved which means you need to set up an Oracle Wallet as a preliminary step, then I imagine one has to create a procedure where it performs all the handshaking using Twitter's OAuth mechanism.
Thank you for help, but i do not have experience in oracle wallet and using in apex webservice.
So i can not use twitter api for my own handshake ! Damage !
