Can anybody help me to resolve that problem?
Windows 8 is not supported by IRM Desktop. I'm surprised it even installed.
Yes you can install it without any problem.
All the problems start after you completed the installation.
Do you have any idea if IRM Desktop will have any Windows 8 support via anyway? OR there will no support for it.
Support personnel aren't allowed to give forward facing statements of that nature, especially over an open forum. You need to read the statement of direction KM article 1407453.1, or open an SR with Oracle Support.

I have 400 clients who affected from that issue. I have only one option which is to downgrade OS from Windows 8 to Windows 7. It will be extreme work load to downgrade them. That's the reason I am looking some solutions to handle that matter. Thanks
In that case, I recommend you open an SR with Oracle Support to get the latest information.
