    There should be a _qmnc trace file created in your bdump. DO you have one and does it contain anything?

    This is the definition of this process.
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e11013/glossary.htm#ADQUE3596

    Check out the MOS doc id mentioned by Osama. That should help.

    Hi,

    Looks like database is running out of memory defined at the database level.

    1) Check server ram size and sga max size. (Reduce the value of SGA if its more than 2 GB)
    2) At the time error occurs check oracle.exe for how much memory it takes.
    3) In 32 bit windows environment, oracle.exe will not take more than 2 gb. (Options available to set 3 GB also)
    4) As database process is 300, check whether database i reaching this limit.

    select length(addr)*4 || '-bits' word_length from v$process where rownum=1;
    returns 32 bits
    sho parameter sga
    sga_max_size                                       big integer 3G
    sga_target                                         big integer 2504M
    the oracle*32.exe shows 2638640K

    You can try your chance by reducing SGA_maX_SIZE from 3g to 2.5GB. I hope its because of the memory leak in windows systems. If reducing SGA doesnt seems to help then please create a SR and check with Oracle Support.
