please help me
I'm not a database man and I have no idea what is this error I've searched so long on the internet but I have reached nothing at all
the maximum I could reach is this
when the cluster try to start the database it fails and gives the following error
unable to create audit trail file
When starting up Oracle, it still relies on OS's ACL/permission to read/write/spawn process.
It is common in multi-Oracle-and-database server, people use root to verify the files, but use regular non-Oracle user to startup Oracle database.
This looks like your case. If you can provide output of following
1. uname -a
2. ls -la /opt/oradata/database but replace the it with the Oracle data file directory
4. Oracle startup steps, if it is a script, paste the whole script here
The more you tell, the clearer we know what's wrong in your steps
