I do not understand what impact the approval process would have on this scenario?

External training requires prior approval due to cost. The content resides on a third-party server, and the URL pointing to that content is unique to each user.
My question is this: Who would my organization manage (e.g. approve, track) completion of this training without having control over the content itself (via either content server control or static URL)?
Do you know if the external vendor supports AICC integration with LMS Systems? Typically in this case it is a common URL used by all users and the AICC integration creates the user account on the content vendors side if the user hasn't accessed the content before.1 person found this helpful
That's a good point, Scott, and something I will look into.
At this point I haven't dealt with the vendor (someone else' terrain).
We'll see. It makes sense though.
