      We using 10.2 on Aix5.

      The user asking to give permission(role) to package body.
      How to check what are the privileges package body having?

          Privileges acquired via ROLE do NOT apply within named PL/SQL procedures.
          the only privilege that is meaningful to a package is EXECUTE.

            Hi,

            In case, you have to assign execute privilege to the user.
            Syntax is
            Connect as sysdba
            
            SQL> grant EXECUTE on objectname to username;
            
            grant execute on package_name  to username;
