The problem seems to be with the permissions.
Please open the web catalog through the catalog manager.
Expand the shared folder and select the folder containing the reports.
Right click and select "Permissions". See if the authenticated user has read permissions to the objects.
Let me please rephrase.
If i understand your problem correctly, you are unable to see the catalog when logged in to the analtyics URL.
I am suggesting you to open the catalog through the CATALOG MANAGER.
You should be able to see the folders and reports in this if there exists any reports.
Please open the catalog using catalog manager.(NOT THE ANALYTICS URL)
There is something called as catalog manager and you will find it in the windows under:
All programs>Oracle Business Intelligence >Catalog Manager.
We have been trying to convey this from the beginning !
