I think its you sent me email with samilar Q.1 person found this helpful
If you are doing in BMM you need to understand the schema
assuming you got fact, day, custmer tables
and these joined as star.
you need to create a metric on fact as min(day.date) and set content tab to customer level
for this you might have to map day dim to fact using fact source properties add day table.
once you done as I said:
just pull mindate metric in answers run it and check physical sql that should be like
select min(date),cust_name from
where 2 joins goes
group by cust_name
Hope this helps, if helps mark
Are u sure you want that to create in BMM Layer? Do let me know if u can implement this in analytics,So that i can guide you how to do that :)
I was able to add the Min Date and set that to Customer Detail level on the Content tab.
But When i pulled the Min date in answers than it only shows One date thats it. Its the first Date. I don't see all the customers.
So how can i get all the customer's with their Min date?
I beg your Pardon..
I see all the customer's. But They all have one Date. That's it.
And that is the min date.
So how can i populate all the minimum dates for each customer?
hmm just take out the content level and see.1 person found this helpful
