    CONC-SM TNS FAIL

      This request did not finish processing due to an unrecoverable error,and the concurrent manager that was running this request is no longer active.

      The Internal Concurrent manager will mark this request as having completed with an error.Please refer to the concurrent anager or the Internal Concurrent manager log files for the cause of the error

      Kindly note that i hav noticed the below error in my production instance ICM log file.

          Pl post details of OS, database and EBS versions. What has changed since this last worked successfully ? Pl see this MOS Doc for a possible resolution

          Concurrent Processing - ICM log file shows 'CONC-SM TNS FAIL', 'Call to PingProcess failed', and/or 'Call to StopProcess failed' for FNDCPGSC/FNDOPP [ID 1312632.1]

            What is the name of the concurrent program?

            Is it a seeded report or custom one?
            The Internal Concurrent manager will mark this request as having completed with an error.Please refer to the concurrent anager or the Internal Concurrent manager log files for the cause of the error
            Please see if (Mails are not Received Using Delivery Option while Submitting Concurrent Request In R12.1.3 [ID 1339491.1]) is applicable.

            Please also clean FND_NODES and run AutoConfig then cmclean.sql script and check then.

              Hello Mohammed,

              Please try the following:

              - Stop all concurrent managers and wait 5-10 mins and check all are down.
              - Run the procedure from Note 134007.1
              - Start all concurrent managers again

              If this does not help provide any specifics/changes done before the issue started.
