can you ping the machine ( might be firewalled ) and/or port 8080 ?
If you are able to ping it, which APEX version are you using on which database edition ( is it a pre-installed APEX on Oracle XE ? ).
I tried pinging machine no problem.
But when i ping port
C:\Users\abc>netstat -an |find /i "listening"|find "8080"
TCP 0.0.0.0:8080 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING
TCP [::]:8080 [::]:0 LISTENING
I get 2 rows.I don't know why ?Any solution for this?Is this the problem i get empty page.
Any help ?
