Thanks for all the help. I dropped and re-created the affected logs and it seems to work fine now.

Before i close this question, could you please guide me if, while rolling forward using RMAN incremental backup, we have different paths (in primary and standby) for Redo Logs, what steps we need to perform? The documents i have seen so far don't describe the situation for redo logs, only for data files.

        Best regards,

If log_file_name_convert is set you can easily restore the RMAN incremental backup in your standby database.

So you able to receive the archived/redo logs and the recovery is not happening whenever you start MRP? (or) even archives are not transferring to the standby database?
what the destination status from v$archive_Dest?

I suggest you to post the output by using this below scripts from primary and standby in coded format.

                  Hello,

It looks like the standby database is not registered with the listener. Add a static entry of the standby database to the listener on standby server and reload the listener.

                  Regards,
                  Shivananda

Multiple issues, One with network connection between primary and standby databases which is not major. and the second one and major is ORA-12514 You should have registered service with listener for that you can have static entry.
12514, 00000, "TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor"
// *Cause:  The listener received a request to establish a connection to a
// database or other service. The connect descriptor received by the listener
// specified a service name for a service (usually a database service)
// that either has not yet dynamically registered with the listener or has
// not been statically configured for the listener.  This may be a temporary
// condition such as after the listener has started, but before the database
