Manually Add Central Agent Targets in EM12cR2

      Hi,
I have two Management Servers in a Level 3 MAA configuration and I deleted my targets belonging to the central agent (OMS and Repository) since they weren't being recognized.
      select target_name, target_type
      from mgmt_targets
      where target_type='oracle_emrep'
      no rows selected
Is there any way to manually add central agent targets including the OMS Repository in 12c? I was under the impression that I could manually re-add them like in OEM 10g but I haven't found a way to do so. I tried to add using the "Add Target Manually" option and used Guided Discovery to add an OMS Platform but got an error message.

      Error
      ORA-01403: no data found
      ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_PROPERTIES", line 1728
      ORA-06512: at line 1
      ORA-01403: no data found
      ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_PROPERTIES", line 1728
      ORA-06512: at line 1

Likewise I issued the following at the command line:

emctl config emrep -sysman_pwd password -agent omshost1:3872
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 2
Copyright (c) 1996, 2012 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Error occurred. Please check /u01/app/oracle/Middleware/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emctl.log for details.

The error log had the following message:

2013-02-22 14:00:44,096 [main] ERROR oms.ConfigEmrepCmds main.264 - Operation Failed because of the following reason
      2013-02-22 14:00:44,100 [main] ERROR oms.ConfigEmrepCmds main.265 - Message: java.sql.SQLException: Error retrieving emrep target name
java.sql.SQLException: Error retrieving emrep target name
      at oracle.sysman.emctl.oms.ConfigEmrepCmds.getEmrepName(ConfigEmrepCmds.java:292)
      at oracle.sysman.emctl.oms.ConfigEmrepCmds.main(ConfigEmrepCmds.java:165)

This is a test environment so I can always do a re-install but I was curious if this was possible.

      Thanks,
      Leighton
