I assume from your post that you mean the processes you are starting are not forming a cluster. By default Coherence uses multi-cast to locate other members of the cluster so this needs to be configured properly. Will there be any issue for different versions of coherence
On 1st instance , it is Oracle Coherence GE 220.127.116.11
On 2nd instance, it is Oracle Coherence GE 18.104.22.168
Yes, all the members of the cluster should be running the same version of Coherence. Typically a process will refuse to join a cluster with another process running a different Coherence version.
It was a version issue.
I copied the coherence folder from one instance to another and it works for me.
