    db_recovery_file_dest_size of 30000 MB is 7.80% used. This is a
    user-specified limit on the amount of space that will be used by this
    database for recovery-related files, and does not reflect the amount of
    space available in the underlying filesystem or ASM diskgroup.

    How did you create your standby database ??

    Also what is the value of this parameter in your standby database??

    db_file_name_convert and log_file_name_convert.

    Also check this

    open failed for members of log group

    Hello;

    Do your redo files exist here :

    J:\ORADATA\WPLQDM\

    Can you confirm this?

    Does J:\ORADATA\WPLQDM\ existing on the standby server and does the Oracle user have write permission to that location?

    Does that location have enough free space?

    Best Regards
