Which one is the main problem of getting

That means weblogic server is up and ready for deploy etc. it's not an error.

It doesn't finish starting.
If I try to run my application, nothing happens! I found some posts about it but no solution worked for me:
When I ran "Test Connection" in the IntegratedWebLogicServer properties, I got the same problem specified on the links above:
Testing JSR-160 Runtime ... failed.
Cannot establish connection.
Testing JSR-160 DomainRuntime ... skipped.
Testing JSR-88 ... skipped.
Testing JSR-88-LOCAL ... skipped.
Testing JNDI ... skipped.
Testing JSR-160 Edit ... skipped.
Testing HTTP ... success.
Testing Server MBeans Model ... skipped.
1 of 8 tests successful.
It works when I disable the option "Use HTTP Proxy Server" in the Preferences >> Web Browser and Proxy.
Nice to see it's working now, in fact that option should not be enable since i guess you are not using a proxy server
