        UPDATE: Disregard, I just ran a separate test on a different integrator and was able to use the NVL coding with successful results. Sorry for any confusion.
        Thanks.

        My situation is a bit different. I have multiple optional parameters that I want the user to be able to provide:

        I have tried all of the following with no succes:

        WHERE
        ITEM_NUM=NVL($param$.XX_MMI:ITEM_NUM,ITEM_NUM) AND
        ITEM_CAT=NVL($param$.XX_MMI:ITEM_CAT,ITEM_CAT)

        WHERE
        ITEM_NUM=NVL($param$.ITEM_NUM,ITEM_NUM) AND
        ITEM_CAT=NVL($param$.ITEM_CAT,ITEM_CAT)

        WHERE
        ITEM_NUM=decode($param$.XX_MMI:ITEM_NUM,'ALL',ITEM_NUM,$param$.XX_MMI:ITEM_NUM) AND
        ITEM_CAT=decode($param$.XX_MMI:ITEM_CAT,'ALL',ITEM_CAT,$PARAM$.XX_MMI:ITEM_CAT)

        WHERE
        ITEM_NUM=decode($param$.ITEM_NUM,'ALL',ITEM_NUM,$param$.ITEM_NUM) AND
        ITEM_CAT=decode($param$.ITEM_CAT,'ALL',ITEM_CAT,$PARAM$.ITEM_CAT)

        Also, adding the UNION to my selection criterea results in an Invalid SQL error.

        Any ideas would be much appreciated.

          Hi,

          I don't think WebADI allows a blank parameter value to be passed.

          What I did as workaround, is to include another value called 'All' in the the LOV SQL (with a simple union).

          But I see in your example you tried someting similar?
