I succeeded in running standard.sql:
$ sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.3.0 - Production on Tue Sep 23 11:16:01 2008
Copyright (c) 1982, 2006, Oracle. All Rights Reserved.
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining options
Package body created.
And now?? Should I run CATALOG.sql,catexp.sql catproc.sql as well??

You haven't run catalog.sql and catproc.sql after the CREATE DATABASE. Those two scripts should be run first.
You could connect to SQLPlus / AS SYSDBA and execute
Okay, thanks, it's running now... It also seems pretty logical why I couldn't use dp.... :)
