ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 131968224 bytes

I receive below error when i try to save big file.
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 131968224 bytes (kxs-heap-b,bind var buf)
I am using oracle 11g.
I try to search on google but not get the exact solution.
Could you please let me know what is the exact solution for the same.
