We've granted a partner access to a workspace (https://beehiveonline.oracle.com/teamcollab/wiki/Oracle_Hardware_Technical_Resource_Center_Workspace).
When trying to access the site, they're getting an error that says VPN or access to Oracle internal network is required.
Any ideas why?
That URL is not a protected one so there is no need to be in an Oracle office or on the VPN. The only URL that is protected in that way is the Group creation application which is for internal employees only.
If they are getting an OAM error screen then maybe they have a stale cookie in their browser - flush out the cookie cache and try again.
