      declare
      lv_file_name varchar2(100);
      lv_command varchar2(200);
      begin
      lv_file_name := substr(:parameter.image_path,instr(:parameter.image_path, '\', -1) + 1);

      lv_command := 'copy ' || :parameter.image_path ||
      ' b:\temp\deposit\scanned_image\' || lv_file_name;

      host(lv_command, no_screen);

      if form_success then
      p_message_alert('saved..');
      else
      p_message_alert('file copy process failed..');
      end if;

      end;

          Hi,
          at 11g you need to work with Webutil Client_To_AS features. Or UTL_FILE.
          Search this forum or google.com. you will get lot's of example.
          You can download webutil demo from http://www.oracle.com/ocom/groups/public/@otn/documents/webcontent/196249.zip

          Hope this helps

            Hello,

            Since the Web versions, you have to use the CLIENT_HOST() Webutil equivalent.
