Integrating Apex with the Oracle E-Business Suite (Single sign on)

Hi All,

Am using
Apex version:
Database Version: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bit Production
EBS Version: 12.1.1
Application Server: Oracle-Application-Server-10g/ Oracle-HTTP-Server
And now working on integrating Apex in E-Buisness suite from the white paper in this link.

through this white paper, i have created Apex Application (APEX EBS DEMO), now working with Oracle Application Express Authentication and Authorization process which is in page #19

In this process their is a need to configure single sign on:

I have run the script regapp.sql

It asks for values like Site Id, Site Token, Encryption Key, Single Sign-On URL, Single Sign-Off URL

How can i get details of these values ?
From google & documentation I learned, it can be obtained by registering sso.

But I dont know how can I Register or Configure SSO ?
Is SSO already installed while installing Application server or Do I need to install SSO separately..?
what is registering or configuring the sso means ???

Please help me on this !!!
