        CKPT
        Standby
        ID STATUS    DB_MODE         TYPE       RECOVERY_MODE           PROTECTION_MODE            SRLs     ACTIVE ARCHIVED_SEQ#
        ---------- --------- --------------- ---------- ----------------------- -------------------- ---------- ---------- -------------
        1 VALID     MOUNTED-STANDBY ARCH       MANAGED                 MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE           0          0             0
        2 VALID     MOUNTED-STANDBY LGWR       MANAGED                 MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE           0          0             0
        11 VALID     MOUNTED-STANDBY ARCH       MANAGED                 MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE           0          0        269208
Concern only from standby, Why multiple locations?
They are cascaded standby databases? (or) configured archiving at multiple locations. Then in such case it is expected to have.
If really not necessary then defer and cleanup the all destinations other than LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_1.

          We don't have cascade standby.
I don't know why we have log_archive_dest_2 that point back to the primary database.
log_archive_dest_2                   string      SERVICE=ORACLEDB LGWR ASYNC VA
                                                           LID_FOR=(ONLINE_LOGFILES,PRIMA
                                                           RY_ROLE) DB_UNIQUE_NAME=ORACLE
                                                           DB
I have cleared it. Thanks a lot.

Yes, it is optional, you cannot use log_archive_dest_2 in standby.
If you carefully see to value of this parameter, valid for? ONLINE_LOGFILES, PRIMARY_ROLE.
it means if your standby database when change role to primary (after switch over or failover)
then this parameter is will be effective for transport new primary database redo.

            Thanks
