ORA-31600:invalid input value for parameter name in function set_filter

Hi,

when iam trying ti run the below query i got error like:


SQL Error: ORA-31600: invalid input value BASE_OBJECT_NAME for parameter NAME in function SET_FILTER

*Cause:    A NULL or invalid value was supplied for the parameter.
*Action:   Correct the input value and try the call again.


Query is:

SELECT TRIM(TO_CHAR (DBMS_METADATA.get_dependent_ddl('TABLE','FND_APPLICATION','APPLSYS'))) string

what is the problem in this query..

    You are trying to use the 'get_dependent_ddl' function to query 'tables' that are dependent on some object name 'FND_APPLICATION').

    Tables are NOT dependent objects. Review table 74-11 in the DBMS_METADATA chapter of the Packages and Types doc
