How to hide "Title or URL " in 11gR2.

Please guide me how to hide following
two titles above my Menu-Bar window
in 11g forms;
1. "URL Address" title
2. Top title "Oracle Fusion Middleware".
As end user doesn't need of it and also it is good for security feature and also it increases "window size".

From a security point of view there really is no way to block access to the URL. Some options that you can use are java script, IFrames, etc. However all of these can exposed by an end-user.
