I had checked both the links earlier, however I took a different step in my scenario after finding few more details from other links.
Sir, When I upgraded 220.127.116.11, I didn't relink or clean my Oracle HOME, 9i home is still intact, though no relevant at the moment. (Sir this upgrade was simple 11gR1 Installation and then import of 9i dump)
I copied from my old home "lib32" folder to my 11g HOME, after taking its own lib32 backup. Why was this required ? Pl post a link to the document that you followed for this process ?
Before Giving , I wanted to confirm,This is typically not necessary.
If this tactics is ok or it may impact anything?
Do I need to run relink all from my 11g home or it is not needed?
Is it only lib32 or I should also copy lib from old home to new home?Again, pl post a link to an official document that states this copy is required.
All this I am doing after getting another error: MAGIC Number is wrong....and my all libraries are 64bit ..checked my old one home and found them 32bit..Pl post what actions you took to cause the error, and post the complete error code and message. What is your exact OS version ?

Even I realize it should be 11R1 rather than 9iR2, but I am helpless to say, I had my profile set properly before shooting this command..I too have NLS_LANG defined( that shouldnt be a problem, becoz i could see the same msg highlighted in other 11gR1 import).
Here is my Profile set , Please check sir if I am forgetting something here. These settings look reasonable.
