It is certainly possible in 11i, assuming all of the AZ (iSetup) patches have been applied. iSetup uses FNDLOAD under the covers

We have to migrate a lot of concurrent programs at one time. We use FNDLOAD if just one. I could not fund the General Foundation in 11i iSetup, where I can find the concurrent programs.
What is the last verison of AZ patches?
