How @REMINDER function work in calculation script?

I am going through the calculation script. I am not able to understand that how @REMINDER function work.
here is some example that i am applying THIS FUNCTION:
The value of member "ac39" is getting 0.009999999999999787
I am not able to get that how this value is come as a reminder.
Please reply how @REMINDER function work.

It has to do with floating point math. when you ask for the remaonder of 4.01 it is actually storing it as the .009999999999999787
