You version of SGD looks very old. Have your clients upgraded to Java 7? If so that might be the problem. Output
$ tarantella version
and exact error message your uses see.
Thank you for quick reply :-)
SGD Version: 4.50.933
Eror: Invalid credentials
OS: RHEL 5.8
Unfortunately even Java 6 is causing the same error.
Any other thing I could look for?
Invalid Credentials means something has changed or been updated or is out of sync with your authentication mechanism. What auth method do you use? NIS/LDAP/AD?
$ tarantella config list | grep login
I am checking with server team for any changes in LDAP, so far they can't remember any change that could affect. Especially the AD account we are using is same for couply of my other web apps as well.
In other hand, is it possible that I could use admin account since it is local account?
Here is the result of tarantella config list | grep login
Thanks again for all the help to figure this out.

yes, as you have
You are using LDAP URL but AD . .. why? You should use AD URL for AD, especially as you have ad-*-domain configured. You also have NT Auth. So you have some clean up to do. I suggest you look in the Admin Guide and configure just LDAP if you don't need all the AD functionality.
Thanks for pointing out this one. Definitely I will look into it shortly.
Kindly let me know if you have any other suggestion in the mean time.
