    Webutil : file is not readable.

      Hi guys:

      I'm using webutil to transfer reports files from Windows 2008 Server to client with this code:
      IF PLL_WINDOW.DESTYPE='FILE' THEN
          IF webutil_file_transfer.is_AS_readable(PLL_WINDOW.DESNAME) THEN
            IF webutil_file_transfer.as_to_client_with_progress(PLL_WINDOW.DESNAME,PLL_WINDOW.DESNAME,'Download from Application Server in progress','Please wait') THEN
                   message('Move file successfully!');
            ELSE
                message('Failed to move file');
            END IF;
          ELSE
           message(PLL_WINDOW.DESNAME||' is not readable.');
          END IF;
      END IF;
      After my reports file test.pdf generated in C:\temp, this part alerts * "C:\temp\test.pdf" is not readable *

      Here is my webutil.cfg :
      transfer.database.enabled=TRUE
      transfer.appsrv.enabled=TRUE
      transfer.appsrv.workAreaRoot=C:\
      transfer.appsrv.accessControl=TRUE
      #List transfer.appsrv.read.<n> directories
      transfer.appsrv.read.1=C:\temp
      #List transfer.appsrv.write.<n> directories
      transfer.appsrv.write.1=C:\temp
      I have checked the permission of C:\temp folder and set full control to everyone, and shared the folder to everyone.

      What may be the reason to make the file not readable ?

      Thanks.

          Problem solved, that really piss me off.

          The reason is that there is a tab character at the end of
          transfer.appsrv.enabled=TRUE
          Once this tab is deleted to be
          transfer.appsrv.enabled=TRUE
          Everything works fine. You can't see the 'Tab', it costs me two days to figure out this issue.
