raidctl disk failed

Hi.. i have no experience in the raid hardware technology in solaris. Here in my server, i have the RAID1 status as FAILED and i need to replaced the failed drive. where in there is only one disk in the system. I'm totally confused as to what i should be looking at first. Please pour some light into this..
