Apart from that, after installation of EM12c and activating the link to MOS, the Self Update feature of EM12c will tell you if there are any upgrades to install, including all Plug-ins you are using. So don't worry, just start installing... ;-)
Download the latest available software from OTN:

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 2 Plug-in Update 1 (184.108.40.206) released in February 2013 contains the original 12c Release 2 (220.127.116.11) software binaries released in Oct 2012 along with a few new plug-ins and updated plug-in versions.

As Rob mentioned you should also check My Oracle Support for recommended patches. Navigate to Patches and Updates | Patch Search | Search | Recommended Patch Advisor and use "Enterprise Manager Base Platform - OMS" as the Product. You can use this to get a list of patches to apply.
Few more points:
It is recommended that you use auto update ( software update ) feature of em installer. This feature will apply few install patches that will save you from running into install know issues.

a) PSU1 patch ( this patch can also be applied through auto update feature of the installer )

c) Fusion Middleware Plugin patch 14807365 : (Ref Note 1509282.1 : Performance bundle patch )
d) Database Management Plugin patch 14807380 : (Ref Note 1509282.1 : Performance bundle patch )
e) Bug 14672991 - BUG FOR AVAILABILITY MIGRATION PERF ISSUE FILTER RECORDS PER AGENT (not in PSU1)
f) (on top of PSU1) Bug-16295882 - Blackout issue (mandatory patch on top of PSU1)
