Do you want us to guess at your Oracle version number? ;-)

I was thinking of more than just setting "compare_key_only" as an apply process parameter, i am looking for something that might automatically update unexpected non-primary key column differences.
If Streams thinks a row needs to be updated ... why not let it just do so. Adding a rule condition will create a situation where you have non-matching data.
its more to do with conflict resolution
let's assume that we have compare_key_only='Y'
what i'd like is that for non-expected target row values for (nonprimary key) column values for a given primary key, that the target row values will get updated to the :old values in the LCR before the LCR is applied. A sort of adhoc 'catching up'.
